Most computer users have to perform various daily tasks over and over again. Having to do the same task every day, like cleaning up your had disk, registry or launching a certain application, may become annoying and inefficient. That's why using a scheduling application is a very good idea. Unfortunately, the Task Scheduler included in Windows is not enough for most users, as its features and options are very limited.

An alternative to the Windows standard tool for scheduling tasks and applications is Schedule Wizard. This simple Windows application allows you to set various tasks and applications to be performed at certain intervals of time, completely automatically. After running this application, the user will notice that the interface includes a large number of buttons and features, but even if it seems crowded, it's actually simple to use, as all the controls are placed where they should.

The first thing to do is to define the name for the task and then select the executable of the program that should be launched in a scheduled mode. Having completed all these steps, it's time to configure the task scheduling properties. For this, the user can define a task to be performed only once, everyday, in certain week days and so on, having total control over the process of launching the application.

Besides scheduling applications to run at certain hours, the user is also able to define email sending tasks and schedule them in any way he wants. For this, one should enter some details regarding the email, like the subject, sender, recipients, message body and so on. After this, the message will be automatically sent at defined hours or week days.
